Services Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Services:
    • All services provided at Star Collection Head SPA, including but not limited to massages, scalp treatments, body contouring, and lash extensions, are non-refundable once rendered.
    • If you are dissatisfied with the service received, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with our management immediately so we can address the issue.

  2. Service Cancellations:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  3. Service Credit:

    • In cases where you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, we may offer a credit towards a future service, subject to management’s discretion.

Product Refund Policy

  1. Product Refunds:
    • Products purchased at Star Collection Head SPA may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  3. Exchanges:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange.
